Costs associated with shipping the item in under warranty is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Fieldsheer designs technical heating and cooling products. Our expertise and market leadership allow us to offer innovative products that will make practicing your favorite outdoor activity more enoyable. Our high-quality products have a one (1) year warranty that begins on the date of purchase. 

In the event of a manufacturing defect, please fill out the warranty claim form below. After review, the Fieldsheer customer service team will arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced.

In accordance with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, Fieldsheer provides the following information regarding the availability of replacement parts, repair services, and repair information for Mobile Warming products by Fieldsheer.

Replacement batteries, charging cords, and select accessories may be available for certain products, subject to model compatibility and inventory availability.

Repair Services

Fieldsheer does not offer repair services for its products. If a product is found to be defective during the applicable warranty period, it may be replaced in accordance with the terms of the Limited Warranty.

Fieldsheer does not provide repair manuals or repair instructions for consumer-performed repairs.
